Biomass analysis


The knowledge of physical and chemical properties of biomasses is a basic aspect to evaluate the quality of raw materials and biofuels, to define their energetic value and establish their logical use.

Equipments possessed by the Biomass Lab permit to perform a wide number of analytical determinations on biomasses, in accordance with the recent technical normative. The list of analyses is subdivided in:

– Wood pellet, agripellet, wood chip, residual biomass from agricultural and agroindustry.

LIQUID BIOMASS – Vegetable oil, animal fats, pyrolisis and liquid biofuels .
